I made my first vegan tacos this past week and I must say they were delicious.
The first taco was made with Upton’s natural chili lime carnitas jackfruit, onions, green and red peppers.
The second was made with Beyond Meat’s taco meatless crumbles, taco seasoning, salsa, lettuce, lime, and avocado.
Both were delicious and will be added to our rotation of meals.
