So… I was going to call this blog series Weight Loss Wednesday. But since I am not just doing this to lose weight, but to actually be healthy, I decided to call it Wellness Wednesday. It will be a combination of my journey to a healthy way of living (mentally, physically, and emotionally) and all the good information I learn along the way.
I will do a weekly check in and share my progress, share some amazing facts, and tell you what worked and what did not.
OK…the first post will be up on 05/27/2015 and it will be kind of an intro of where I am with this healthy lifestyle, along with some of my goals.
